I have started the Aperio Image scope program by double clicking but does not appear on the screen. I have tried installing and uninstalling it multiple times, but it does not appear on the screen. However, it does seem to be running as there is a running icon on the task bar.
What should I do to get this thing to appear on the screen?
The latest version of the software is compatible with 64bit versions of Windows OS. I've installed the application on Windows 10 x64 and it works just fine, only that you have to download the latest release from the official website.
I have recently started using Aperio ImageScope version 12.10.0.5029 to view slides remotely. I would like to be able to view 2 slides concurrently (side-by-side) but when I open the 2nd slide, the image of the 1st slide closes. I read the help "Opening multiple slides" section but I cannot get beyond step 1: "Open the images you want to view". I have tried 3 different browsers on my PC and none are able to show 2 images simultaneously. Can you help?

You need firstly to access the Spectrum web interface using your web browser, to click View Images and then to check the boxes next to the images you want to view:
After that, you should be able to open the Spectrum digital slide directly in ImageScope by accessing the remote ImageServer. Check the provided guide for further details. If you still have issues, I recommend you contact the official developers of the program and ask for help.
Aperio ImageScope is a Windows application and may not be directly compatible with Huawei tablets. However, you can check if there is an Android version available on the Huawei AppGallery or Google Play Store.
It seems that the user experienced an issue with the Aperio ImageScope program where the saved data disappeared. Unfortunately, without more specific details or context, it is difficult to provide a direct solution. However, here are a few general suggestions. First, check the default saving location of the program to ensure the data was not saved elsewhere. Additionally, try restarting the program or the computer to see if the data reappears. If the issue persists, reaching out to the program's support team or consulting online forums dedicated to Aperio ImageScope may provide more specific assistance.
I am using the annotation button to annotate an image. I did several annotations, however the "Length" and "Area" (in the annotation window, in the "layer regions" ) of all the annotations equal to zero. Why is that?

The annotation length and area being displayed as 0 could be a software glitch or a user error. Try restarting the program, ensuring the annotations are done correctly, or reaching out to the program's support team for further assistance.

Before reaching to the actual download, a form needs to be filled with your details. You can do that on the following page: http://www2.leicabiosystems.com/l/48532/2014-11-18/35cqc
